Special Operations Equipment 'Warbelt'

I don’t know about you, but I hate having to re-route my belt every time I’m going to use a drop leg holster, or a subload. I don’t think I’m alone either. It seems like once you get your belt adjusted, its time to take it off, and put it away till your next call out, or training day.
The Original SOE Gear Modular War Belt puts an end to this problem. The War belt is a padded modular sleeve designed to be used with a duty belt. Together, they allow the operator to put their thigh holster, subload, or any other drop leg accessory they need, on /off very quickly, especially if you equip it with a cobra belt. It has built in slots to facilitate to use of a subload on your left and right.
The belt is also equipped with 2 rows of MOLLE webbing to allow the operator to attach any number of magazine pouches, or admin pouches. It’s also equipped with anchor points for use with suspenders.
I had the chance to put the belt
through its paces at a recent rifle class. I was already impressed with
the quality of John’s products, so I was sure this would be a great
product. I wasn’t let down to say the least. The first time I put on
the belt, I knew my search for a battle belt was over. Instead of
taking 5-10 minutes to rig my belt, holster, and subload, it took less
than 1 minute. This particular class just happened to be in NC during
August, and the temperature was over 100F each day, and the ability to
take my gear on/off quickly to cool off between drills, was awesome.
It’s also tough as nails, and backed by a “you break it , we fix it”
warranty.
You did good John!

Special Operations Equipment Subload System
When John Willis, owner of original SOE gear, made the warbelt for me, I realized that it would be a waste to only utilize one side of it, even though I had never been a fan of subloads. All the previous subloads I had used had fatal flaws in them, and left much to be desired. They would not stay tight on your leg, would not stay in place on your leg, or were “floppy”. Meaning that even though the base of the subload was tight around your leg, the manner in which the actual pouch section was constructed was too flimsy, allowing the mags to flow back and forth as you moved.
The CQB subload addresses all those issues, and then some. Pairing Johns superb craftsmanship, with top quality materials has brought a new standard to the way subloads should be made. The CQB subload holds four M4 mags, and 2 pistol mags. A larger Patrol subload offers the ability to hold six M4 mags for those needing a little extra ammo. Each mag is held in place by Velcro and fastex buckles. In my opinion, this makes for the best all around way to secure the mags. Use the buckles while on patrol, riding in a truck, or during times of transport. Then once its “go” time, unbuckle the buckles, and the Velcro will hold the mags securely, but allow for quick retrieval when you need a mag.
The subload is attached to your belt using a supplied hanger, and is also of the same quality as the subload itself. Two straps are used to secure the subload to your leg. These feature a section of bungee type material, which I happen to like a lot. This allows the end user to tighten the straps a little tighter than needed, and the bungee material keeps the subload at constant tension no matter if you are running, kneeling, prone etc. The leg straps, as well as the hanger strap, feature plenty of adjustability so you can make this subload work for anyone.
Of the four different subloads I have used in the past, this is BY FAR the best subload I have ever used. It’s the last one I will ever buy too.
