A few months ago I was at a local gunshow when I happened upon the champions Brand booth. A super nice guy by the name of Gil Brown introduced me to his line of media cleaning products, and gave me a brief demo of how it worked. Gil told me that his product would work better that any other cleaning media I had been using in the past. So I plopped down a few bucks and bought a couple pounds of his pre-treated blended media cleaner. I needed more cleaning media anyway, so why not try something new. Whats the worst that could happen?
Three months have past since I first started using Champions Brand, and I must say that Gil was correct. This has been the best media cleaner I have ever used. Not only does it clean the brass better than plain walnut or corn cob media, but it also leaves the brass nice and shiny too. Not only that, but I have been able to cut my tumble time in half since I switched to Champions Brand. I have used the media to clean everything from 9mm, to 280 ackley brass, and no matter what I throw in the tumbler, it comes out clean and shiny. Even the filthy 223 brass shoot through my suppressed AR-15 is no match for the Champions Brand cleaning meadia. In my book there is no better media to use to clean your brass than Champions Brand.
One of the other things that I really like about the media is that it lasts much longer is that it lasts much longer than regular walnut or corn cob media. Thanks to the Ultra-60 Tumbling Media Additive, your media will last at least 3 times longer. You simply add about 1/4 oz to every 5-6 pounds of media, and thats it. So even if you already have plenty of cleaning media, you can still take advantage of the Ultra-60 additive. I am still using the same 4lbs of media I bought from Gil back in 2007. I have cleaned well over 5000 pieces of brass, and it still works like a "Champion" every time. If you ever get a chance to take a look at my tumbler, you will find it full of this stuff.
Folks, I don't get paid to say good things about products. There are some products I get that are either crap, or an answer to a question that hasn't been asked. This is not the case with Champion brand products. If you are not happy with how clean your cases get, you owe it to yourself to try Champions Brand media cleaner.
